Articulation

This guy is amazing in terms of articulation, arms can bend up to 90º and can turn all the way 360º you'll just need to either remove or position the wings properly so it wont block it. Legs can bend up to 180º and lift up to 90º.

Head also turn all the way 360º. It can also move up and down and tilt from left to right halfway to 45º.

In terms of waist articulation,  it can only turn halfway to 45º because of its rail guns which are like a skirt armor for him. And it can only tilt left to right halfway to 45º.

Armaments and Accessories

If you love guns this guy has 5 and 4 of them are attach to it. 2 rail guns from the hips, 2 plasma beam cannons at the back and 1 beam rifle. This kit also has 2 pink beam sabers, a shield and 4 extra manipulators/hands like most real grades. You might consider the wings as his accessories, well its part of its gimmicks as a gundam.

Pose-Ability

In terms of poseability this kit has enormous. As an RG its not a surprise, there is no problem in posing this kit with an action base atleast but without well you'll just have to be patient about it. Its because of his big heavy wings, making it stand straight will take up most of your patience just to get it right. But surprisingly it has no weight issues when it stands the body can hold it properly that it wont pull its back in a very awkward way unlike its MG counterpart.

Seals and Stickers

This kit has a lot I mean a lot, it has almost 2 sets of clear stickers. I literally got bored putting them in place but definitely worthed after you see the results. But its a lot of work and focus just to put them its like a version Katoki kit on a 1:144 scale, good thing the labels on where to place them are in numbers not in kanji (japanese characters).

The Build

Building it was great, putting every detail on each part gives additional excitement on the build. So much detail for a very small kit. I encounter no problems in building this kit and enjoyed it so much. This is my only 2nd RG kit and I'm really excited for my next one. I Love RG Line next to MG Line atleast

The best thing about RG was its different shades of each color and putting them together makes it more fun.

And now the Cons...

the backside

Well...I never thought this kit would have a lot of problems when I'm building it. Let's start, the first problem I encounter on this kit was its wings. The peg on those don't work well enough to hold it when you start moving them, they fall apart every time you try posing them. If only Bandai make those peg a little bigger or longer it could help a lot. Next problem was it's awkward gap between the shoulder. I already mention this on my previous review of the Gundam Mk-II Titans, but this one is far more awkwarder than the last one. If you follow the manual on where to put the shoulder armor you'll have an awkward gap but if you just place it differently the same way I did, place it closer to the body makes it a lot better. Another problem i encounter was weight issues on both arms, It seems that those ball joint can't hold the weight of shield. Actually it can before but after a few poses and some time playing with it, it just goes down. Now it can't lift its shield even for a few seconds. Every kit are bound to have this problem but it happen way too early.

Final Thoughts

FULL BURST!!!

The kits was a little disappointing to me, why? because I expect a lot from it. Being an RG I thought it would be better than its MG counterpart but it just can't, in terms of overall articulation. It's still a great addition to your collection, I just wish Bandai did a much better job on this, considering it's their 5th one on the real grade line.

Is it good value for money? Not bad but not that great, for 2500 yen you'll get a very detailed and a highly articulated kit for its scale. It's color over color over color, this is what RG is all about.

Does it capture the power of the anime? Yes it does, they added new gimmicks on it, like the wings that opens up for more full burst effect and it works. Every detail on it is just amazing, I think it looks a lot better than it's anime counterpart.

The kit was panel lined and top coated except for the very 1st photo at the top (OBB - Out of the Box Build) and no other paints are applied.
