Info - What you can see on a GunPla Box

As some people don't know, they are a some information that Bandai printed on each GunPla box, of course for our benefit...thank u Bandai ^_^

Here are some of the info you can get by just looking at the box and not reading them through a lame old blog ( i was referring to this one haha ). Though most of them are on japanese, but still some of them are pretty helpful specially the SRP (Suggested Retail Price), yes Bandai printed it on the box with the exception of Gentei's or Limited edition kits.

  

1 = Grade (usually on the top left/right part)

2 = Series it came from (usually on the top right of the box)

3 = Mobile suit name in both english and japanese


4 = Series emblem/icon/label (usually on the top right part of the box)

5 = Released Date 






6 = Background story of the mobile suit (in japanese)


7 = Mobile suit general characteristics / stats

8 = Number of releases on the particular line/grade


9 = Suggested Retail Price in Japanese Yen

10 = Materials used / types of plastic used on the kit


11 = person who illustrated the box art, etc


12 = SRP in Japanese Yen
